Comfort Castle is located high in the hills of Portland and is found in Upper Rio Grande Valley. Beyond Comfort Castle is Millbank and finally Bowden Pen. It is home to the Comfort Castle Primary and Infant School, the only government educational institution in that section of the Rio Grande Valley.
